Working4Talent - Human capital and innovation
In context of the 4th call of INTERREG IVC together with other 8 partners the South Muntenia Regional Development Agency (SM RDA) was invited and chosen to co-operate on an regional initiative project Working4Talent - „Human capital and innovation: employment policies in local and regional innovation networks for talent attraction and better job opportunities”.
Lead partner of the project is Fomento de San Sebastián, the local economic agency of the city of Donostia – San Sebastián.
The project main objective is sharing of experience and good practices in the field of work with „talents” – university students, researchers and young professionals. Mainly it is identification of the talents resources and ways to attract them, their development and mobility and monitoring the job offer vs. demand to create a regional policy for work with this people.
The final application form has been submitted to the priority no. 1 Innovations and Knowledge Economy and was approved on December 15th, 2011. The total budget approved by the Lead partner for the South Muntenia Regional Development Agency is 99 313.81 EUR, of which the co-financing amount represents 14 897.08 EUR. The overall budget of Working4Talent as applied for is 1 650 269.30 Euro. The project officially started from January 2012 with the duration of 36 months.
Up to now the SM RDA project team participated on two study visits in San Sebastián (Spain) and Drammen (Norway) and on one transnational workshop held in Italy (Bologna) - „The rules of attraction. Policy, training and enterprise for attracting talents”.
